Since I have learned of my son's egg allergy, I have decided to turn this blog around and post recipes and information about egg allergies....What people don't know is you can still eat good with a egg allergy....I hope you enjoy the recipes.....

- Since I was a child, I have struggled with my weight. Now with a family of own (a son who has a egg allergy), I face trying to balance my life with healthy eating. I started cooking at home as a way to ensure my family took in all the nutrients they needed through food. Now I has decided to take my cooking another step further and blend healthy with tasty, while I work on losing weight. I started this blog as a way to share my journey and encourage others who face problems with their weight. Not wanting to focus on just one particular family of food, I make and share everything from tasty snacks to delectable, yet healthy desserts. Here you will find recipes (some my own, others which are adapted will have a notation as to where they came from) I lives in Zephyrhills, Florida with my fiancé Jason, son Kaden, and dog Jake. I want to send a big thank you to my good friend Tina Marie Frawley who gave me the encouragement and the push I needed to do this!
